We want you to be completely satisfied with your Salt Life gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn and unwashed merchandise. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your package.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure all original tags are included to avoid processing delays.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
